Raccoonline B.V. handles your data with care. Below you can read which data I collect, why, how long I keep it and who I share it with.
Who is responsible

Which data and why
- Contact form: name, company name, phone number, email address and your message. I use them to answer your question.
- Request form: your briefing (products, volumes, price level, market), company details, contact person and email address. I ask for billing details when I send the invoice. I use your data to find a suitable manufacturer, introduce you and invoice you.
- Interest form and lots list: on the offer page I ask for the product, your email address and your phone number, so I can contact you about your interest. For the lots list I ask for your name, email address and the kind of lot you are looking for and, if you wish, your company, phone or WhatsApp and preferred size, so I can let you know when a suitable lot is available. This data is kept no longer than needed for the purpose you provided it for.
- Website visits: only if you consent in the cookie banner, I use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. I cannot identify you personally from this.
Legal basis
I process your data to carry out a service you request, to meet legal obligations (such as the tax retention obligation) and, for statistics, based on your consent.
Who I share data with
- The manufacturer I introduce you to. For an introduction I share your briefing and contact details with that manufacturer. I only do this when you have requested the introduction.
- Service providers that keep the site and my email running: mijn.host (website hosting), Google (email and Analytics) and CookieYes (cookie consent). Data processing agreements are or will be in place with them.
I never sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
How long I keep data
Data that belongs to an invoice is kept for seven years, as required by Dutch law. Other contact and request data is kept no longer than needed for the purpose you provided it for.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data and object to its use. Email evelien@raccoonline.nl. I respond within four weeks. If you are not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies
Necessary cookies make the site work. Analytics cookies are only placed with your consent. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings on the site.
